·                     Company PAN card Xerox

·                     Company registration details

·                     Partnership Deed

·                     1 Colour Photograph of each 

·                     Bank Pass Book /1 year Statement

·                     Registered Rental Agreement (In case owned NOC from the owner)

·                     Original Electricity Bill / property tax receipt

Note: In case of Proprietary concern own PAN and BANK A/C details along with address proof and ELECTRICITY BILL are enough.
